**Your Main Tasks**
- Advise various internal parties in connection with Private Equity investments, mainly in the field of Financial Institutions and Sustainable food businesses
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation in relation to private equity investments, e.g., SPA, SHA, amendments agreements, subscription agreements
- Legal advice and the assessment of compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Handling of corporate housekeeping and tax structuring as well as restructuring of legal entities
- Liaise and co-ordinate the services of external lawyers in various jurisdictions, particularly in Emerging Markets
- Assist with generic legal tasks relating to transactions, tax and regulatory issues
- Work closely with compliance on policies and procedures to ensure that the Company's funds comply with regulatory requirements
**Your Experience and Skills**
- Master’s degree in law with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a similar position, gained by working in the Private Equity space or Corporate/M&A teams within legal practice (in-house and/or tier 1 law firm)
- Sound legal know-how with respect to international private law as well as in Finance and Corporate law
- Commercial and pragmatic mindset with the ability to work towards timelines and relevant goals
- Understanding of the different insolvency and dispute resolution procedures
- Previous in-house experience with Private Equity/M&A in an Investment Fund would be advantageous
- Experience in stablishing, developing and structuring funds would be considered as a plus
- Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
- Perfect command of Business English; Spanish and/or French skills would be considered as an asset
- Enjoying working with different cultures and a passion for impact investments would match with the company
