Als AI Transformation Manager/in im Segment Fastening Systems übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle für die breite Einführung von KI über alle Bereiche hinweg. Vom Hauptsitz in Heerbrugg unterstützt du Teams dabei Anwendungsfälle zu identifizieren sie sicher umzusetzen und KI nachhaltig in die tägliche Arbeit zu integrieren. Start per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Treibende Kraft im Segment Fastening Systems für die Identifizierung, Umsetzung, Einführung und Schulung von AI Use Cases
- Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen wirkungsstarke Anwendungsfälle identifizieren, sauber beschreiben, priorisieren und bis zur Implementierung begleiten
- Mitarbeitende durch Onboarding Workshops und Training befähigen
- Internationale Teams bei kulturellen und operativen Veränderungen gezielt unterstützen
- Messbare Effizienz
- und Produktivitätssteigerung vorweisen, Feedback systematisch auswerten und die Ergebnisse für das Segment transparent berichten
- Verantwortungsvolle Nutzung gemäss Compliance-Vorgaben und Datenschutz - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Group IT

**Dein Profil**:

- Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung in Projekt
- und Change-Management, digitaler Transformation und Einführung neuer Technologien
- Know-how in Trainings, Stakeholder-Management und der Übersetzung von KI-Potenzialen in Geschäftsnutzen
- Eigenverantwortlich, teamfähig, lernbereit; Kenntnisse im Bauwesen, Datenschutz oder KI-Governance von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französisch von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft bis zu 20%
