Overview:
We are seeking a Service and Contract Administrator to support the very successful growth of our businesses across Switzerland, Germany, and the EU South. The Service and Contract Administrator will ensure the highest customer satisfaction by the timely response to customer requests and follow-up, support field engineers, and work very closely with all customer support involved departments. This individual will strike always a positive, cooperative tone and attitude towards customers and colleagues. This role is to provide a highly professional and efficient service to our customers, to ensure customer expectations and service level agreements are met/exceeded.

- Meet and exceed customer service level expectations (external & internal), working to agreed deadlines and a focus to finding solutions.
- Act as a first point of contact for customers/partners and ensures timely resolution and satisfactory outcome for customer enquiries.
- Co-ordinates with internal teams (Field Service & Expert Center) to provide relevant information and input.
- Supports Process efficacy initiatives that increases customer facing time for Field Service Engineer.
- Collaborate with local finance team to ensure that Waters partner invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Processes warranty and excess part returns for Field Service Engineers/partners, monitors and provides feedback on quality issues.
- Releasing of spare part orders and inventory handling.
- Reviewing of field service reports for billing.
- Processing Service Contracts and follow up with customers regarding open questions.
- Tracking of deliveries and updating field service engineers on any delays.
- Ensures data integrity in SAP and instrument Base management.
- Managing logistics process for calibration of service engineers’ tools.
- Opportunity creation and management.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications, Education and Experience**
- Fluent in German and English is mandatory; a professional knowledge French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese would be advantageous
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is an advantage but not necessary
- Strong team player, who enjoys working closely with diverse personalities and cross functional groups across a variety of cultures
- Desire to expand knowledge, learn, grow, and develop in a fast-moving business environment
- Fluent in German and English is mandatory; a professional knowledge French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese would be advantageous
- Computer literate, Office 365, Lotus Notes database.
- Must possess excellent administration skills, organizational attitude and the ability to plan and time-manage various tasks with high **attention to details**.
- SAP, Salesforce, Lotus Notes database experience is useful but not essential. You would learn it with us
