**CONTEXT & MISSION**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Internal Auditor** to support the growing missions led by the Internal Audit within the L’OCCITANE Group.
Based in **Plan-les-Ouates** (near Geneva) and reporting to the Group Internal Audit Manager, this permanent position requires international business trips up to 30%.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:
In collaboration with another experienced team member, you will perform various audit assignments across all affiliates, including distribution and manufacturing entities. In this context, you will have the opportunity to work with all central and local departments (including Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail, Ecommerce, HR, etc.).

Your main responsibilities include:

- Preparation of audits, including research and analysis of financial and operational data, definition of a relevant audit scope, organizational preparation of the mission.
- Conducting compliance audits on financial and operational processes, in order to assess the adequacy of business practices with risk management policies.
- Be actively involved in « ad hoc » audits on various topics (e.g. operations, organization and compliance).
- Sharing audit findings, including the presentation to the management, writing audit reports with relevant description of the risks identified and definition of adequate action plans.
- Participation in follow-up audit to assess and coordinate the implementation of action plans.
- Promotion of Group internal control best practices, update of risk management tools, and support operational teams on their requests.

**HOW YOU CAN FIT**:

- Master’s Degree in Finance;
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Fluent in English, French or another language is a plus;
- You have already worked in an international environment and you have potentially faced industrial, digital and retail challenges in your former positions;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team spirit are crucial to work in collaboration with the auditees/internal stakeholders, to raise awareness and to be seen as a business partner by your future interlocutors;
- Ability to provide clear and practical advice;
- Ability to analyze, prioritize risks and master complexity;
- Curious and excited about expending your knowledge, you are willing to seek information into ERP and analytical tools (e.g. SAP, Cegid, Microsoft Navision, Tableau, etc.);
- Strong adaptability is essential to succeed in this position.
