**Your Responsibilities**

As an HR Generalist you will become part of the HR team based in Zurich, Switzerland. You will be responsible for providing consulting and operational support for the people of RepRisk and the organization as a whole. You will ensure the execution of key processes for all HR related matters, working closely with our teams in Berlin, Toronto and Manila, and supporting them on special projects and in their day-to-day business. Moreover, you will:

- Be responsible for HR processes and tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, international transfers, and offboarding of talent internationally in line with our growth plans
- Provide consulting expertise in workforce planning and suggest opportunities for resource and skill development
- Provide recommendations for compensation as well as for the implementation of various human resources programs and policies
- Act as a partner to the various internal and external stakeholders and provide guidance in all HR matters
- Learn the basics of relevant international HR related legal and regulatory requirements in a self-motivated capacity, and re-evaluate and revise internal HR programs and processes
- Switch smoothly between an operational role (tasks related to HR and payroll) and a strategic role (coaching, decision support, conflict management, work organization, satisfaction analysis)
- Manage the implementation and administration of HR systems including process improvements, training, and maintenance
- Be the point of contact for overlapping tasks/administration between HR and Payroll (Finance), and respond to social insurance requests and paperwork

Qualifications**
You Bring**
- At least five years of proven experience as an HR specialist, generalist, or equivalent
- Strong task and time management skills
- A detail-oriented, analytical and structured working style with an eye for the big picture
- A flexible and proactive can-do attitude
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with common applicant tracking systems
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth international business (ideally including knowledge about work permits) is a plus
- An HR education is an asset
