**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and assets to attract potential customers and ecosystem partners for the Building X platform
- Create a compelling and consistent story that includes value propositions, unique selling points (USPs), and customer voices to raise awareness and generate sales leads
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to identify scalable use cases across various business segments and industries
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop clear and consistent messaging, refine the value proposition, and align with the evolving capabilities of the platform
- Derive unique selling propositions based on competitive intelligence, positioning our current and future portfolio effectively for internal, cross-functional, and ecosystem sales
- Collaborate with global communications teams to increase brand awareness and promote the Building X platform through external events, such as fairs, webinars, and thought leadership activities

**Requirements**:

- Extensive marketing experience in software, cloud platforms, IoT, or IT
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably within the digital buildings industry
- Strong cross-functional skills to effectively collaborate with regional stakeholders, sales teams, and clients
- Familiarity with XaaS business models is highly valuable
- Demonstrated ability for out-of-the-box and strategic thinking
- Degree or Master's in Engineering, Digital or Product Marketing, Business Management, or a related field with substantial experience
- Fluent in English
