**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Services**:
- Delivery and provision of day-to-day operations in the Zurich office and providing a safe, clean and secure working environment at all times
- Effectively liaise with local Marsh McLennan facilities management, ensuring Oliver Wyman needs are considered and services delivered as needed
- Book meeting rooms and ensure their logistics including general set up/clean-up of rooms, catering requests, liaising with technology services for audio and video conferencing requests
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Work with the MMC facility management team to ensure compliance in all aspects of Health & Safety
- Assist with general and preventive equipment maintenance including coordination of repairs
- Ordering, stocking and inventory of office and kitchen supplies
- Provide content and updates for the Zurich office page on SharePoint
- Work effectively with all departments to handle requests and to fulfil common goals in a proactive and customer service manner
- Support local management in the mobilization, delivery and coordination of building projects, renovations or refurbishments, and moves
- Manage corporate American Express program for all staff in Switzerland
- Any general duties as directed by local management
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Assistant**
- Understand each support department’s business goals and help to push them forward
- Work with assigned Support Professionals and take over overflow/help out as advised
- Supports local assistants with various administration tasks
- Support Partners, Social Committee on both internal and client related events (such as Alumni gatherings, Xmas events, staff offsites, Happy Hours, etc.)
- Finance support: Manage contract sourcing, procurement and supplier management
- Submission / controlling of invoices, check accuracy and coding of invoices prior to submitting for payment; timely delivery of invoices sent to our clients; contract management; project controllership
- HC/Recruiting support: Organise local onboarding of new hires; ensure timely provision of desk, laptop and other requirements; support recruiting days and other events related to recruiting efforts
**Your profile**:
- 2+ years’ experience working in an administrative environment
- Experience in fast-paced management consultancy or professional services environment preferred, but is not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and being able to deal with people at all levels across a multicultural environment
- A team player who has experience with and enjoy working as part of a team
- Customer service focused - You are dedicated to meeting the expectations of all staff through securing effective relationships and executing deliverables to the highest standards
- The ability to prioritise and manage your own time
- A self-starter, flexible attitude, hard-working and results driven

**Your skills**:
- Fluent in German and English
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint helpful
