Bio-Rad in Cressier/Switzerland is looking for a **Regulatory Affairs Administrative Assistant **(100%) on a Maximum Duration Contract (1 year).
Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Provide administrative support to the main activities of the regulatory department (CE marking, International registration, vigilance)
- Prepares, and organizes regulatory materials within standard guidelines that adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Writes and assembles low complexity domestic regulatory documentations.
- Prepares, maintains and updates library or external regulatory standards, reference and guidance documents.
- Implements department improvement projects.
- Participates in maintaining local filing and offsite storage of regulatory documents.
- Implement the technical documentation within the regulatory information management system.
Qualifikationen:
- Basic analytical, communication, problem solving, critical thinking, and computer skills.
- Working knowledge of policies, practices and procedures relating to Regulatory Affairs.
- 0-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Langages: English + French or German.
