**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Understand product requirements and translate them into data science outcomes that will support Product Care activities
- Build and own Tableau dashboards with data narratives (KPI, trends etc)
- Support the entire SD Product Care team with ad hoc data tasks/requests including data engineering tasks
- Leverage big data technologies perform distributed data processing pipelines: AWS/ Snowflake

**Must Haves**:

- Min. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, Mathematics or similar (STEM)
- Min. 6 months of experience as a data scientist, preferred in a project environment
- Hands-on coding and programming experience (e.g. Python)
- Project experience with SQL development
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), German is a plus
- Ability to interpret and translate/explain technical requirements into tasks

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience working in an agile development environment as part of a sprint team
- Interest in Machine Learning
- Interest in systems reliability engineering
