**Responsibilities**:
- ** Vast Experience in Data Engineering**:You’ve mastered traditional on-premise Data Warehouse environments and successfully transitioned those learnings to cloud-native use cases, particularly Data Lakehouse architectures powered by Azure Databricks.
- ** Advanced Data Modelling & Governance Expertise**:From designing role-based access controls to implementing data quality measures, security frameworks, compliance standards, you are a trusted authority in ensuring data remains a valuable, well-governed asset.
- ** Cloud and Infrastructure Savvy**:You understand the fundamentals of the Azure platform, Databricks infrastructure, and are adept at leveraging infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) for deploying scalable, reliable data systems.
- ** Leadership & Mentorship Skills**:As a natural leader, you’re comfortable guiding junior and senior engineers, developers, and data scientists on best practices. You inspire confidence and foster a collaborative, innovative environment that allows teams to thrive.
- ** CI/CD and DataOps Excellence**:With deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, release management, you ensure that data systems are not just functional but also agile, efficient, and optimized for modern DataOps / MLOps principles.
