The University of Basel is the oldest university in Switzerland, and consistently ranked among the top 100 universities in the world.

The Innovation Office within the University of Basel supports scientists and startups throughout their entrepreneurial journey. We play an active role in the dynamic innovation ecosystem of Basel, engaging in a variety of activities that encompass entrepreneurial education, international programs, and industry-academia collaboration. We are seeking a talented person to strengthen our Entrepreneurial and Startup programs, which also include the Seoul-Basel Startup Hub Acceleration Program starting from September 15th or by mutual agreement.

The Internship is limited to a duration of 6 months.

**Your position**
- Assist with various marketing and communication tasks
- Create visual content and manage social media
- Contribute to promoting courses, programs, and events
- Support startup and research collaborations
- Help with designing and planning scientific seminars and networking events

**Your profile**
- Proactive, creative, eager to learn & grow
- Good interpersonal & organizational skills
- Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in the field
- Experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus
- Motivated student or professional with a passion for marketing and communication
- Education: Vocational training, Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, life science or related field
- Language: Fluent in English, any other language is a plus especially Korean
