**Your role**
- Are you ready to transform Banking? Do you know the levers for driving efficiency? We're looking for someone like that to:
- Design and develop business cases for efficiency programs to prepare and support strategic decision making
- Connect people with different background and expertise from various Group Functions to generate ideas for increased sustainability and digitalization front-to-back
- Analyze data to verify hypothesis or to explore new opportunities with impact on efficiency and effectiveness
- Contribute & support the team effort in participating in stakeholder meetings, creating management presentations, performing ad-hoc analysis, etc
- Run the Project Management Office and shadow the project manager’s work

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Transformation Office team in Europaallee, Zürich. We are an international team with members in Poland and Switzerland set up as a project organization that closely collaborates with Group Functions such as IT, Group Risk Control or Group Finance to review their service provision and identify ideas for efficiency. You will learn how a bank operates and get familiar with the multitude of functions and services banking comprises of.
