Position SummaryAre you ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic and challenging environment? Join our Stress Engineering team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in aerodynamic modeling, simulations, and material testing. Under immediate supervision of the tutor and using templates and guidelines, you have the opportunity to gain professional experience in an interesting and challenging working environment.
Your Role- Develop and implement the methodology for Aerodynamic Analysis using OpenFoam.
- Compare Results on Openfoam and STARCCM+.
- Create Mesh on Openfoam and import in STARCCM+.
- Participate in tools generation, methods and guidelines definition.
- Perform Drag Analysis.
- Opportunities to perform Aeroelasticity Analysis.
- Opportunities to participate in rapid decompression, acoustic and stress activities.
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline such as aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering (Matriculation during the entire internship period / University recommendation is required).
- Aviation background and Aerodynamic experience preferred.
- Programming and CAD experience recommended.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, forward thinking and self-motivated team player.
- Language English (mandatory), French and/or German is a plus.
