For our client, a dynamic Scale up in the Lausanne Area, we are looking for an Accounting Manager to join its Finance Team and report directly to the CFO.

**Missions**

You are in charge of the accounting process in Swiss CO
You are in charge of the consolidation process
You implement new procedures and processes in the interest of smooth closing running
You play a real business partner role and have full space for creativity
You manage 2 people

You are either a Senior Accountant willing career step including management, or already and Accounting Manager
You are familiar with local gaaps and closings
You are at ease on IT systems
You are willing to work in a fast-paced environment where not everything is yet structured and challenge is here
You speak English and French
