Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Document Quality Manager to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Basel. Our client is focused on supplying novel solutions that acknowledge the progressing needs of the community.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the merger and acquisition actions, linking to the amalgamation of obtained features/papers into the company's electronic document management systems.
- You might offer contributions to DQM onboarding and training resources.
- Supply advice hen needed to writers on SDV needs, technical formatting procedures and the use of the company's document management systems.
- You will gather, combine and publish suitable NIBR documents with word processing, electronic publishing, and document management systems cooperating with the accountable writers.
- Collaborate with external consultants (suppliers) to organise outsourced actions to the processed duties.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Key Skills**:

- Communication skills both verbally and in writing with a client service outlook.
- When suitable, you have an agile approach to documentation management with a high attention to detail.
- A self-starter with the ability to prioritise workload, work on various tasks simultaneously. Present client centricity and manage time efficiently within a fast-paced work setting.
- Capable of operating successfully within a matrix setting and inspire cross-functional teams.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a scientific or business discipline or possess pertinent work experience.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Acquaintance working with electronic document management systems such as documentum, veeva vault, etc., as well as document evaluation.
- Comprehension of non-clinical, clinical, regulatory deliverables pertinent to submission reports.
- Prior involvement with and compliance practices which involves GxPs and standard operating procedures.
- Computer literacy in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
