- We wish to appoint a Quality Manager to support the expanding business in Western Europe (WE).

The Quality Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring PM Group’s Quality Management System (QMS) and for driving excellent and consistent service delivery across all WE business units and associated sites.

The successful applicant will identify and embed improvements in our service delivery platforms and work practices.

**Base**: PM Group Office in Belgium, Germany or Switzerland

This full time role will require travel to support all Western Europe Business Units.

- In liaison with regional management and the Group Quality Manager, support all Western Europe business units in achieving certification to the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Standard
- Promoting consistent quality assurance practices and driving the adoption of critical company procedures across the business units
- Developing and implementing a Quality Objectives Programme for each business unit
- Performing internal audits (office & site) and driving the resolution and close out of corrective actions
- Implementing and monitoring a panel of internal auditors across the business units
- Facilitating audits by external parties, i.e. ISO certification bodies, Client, etc.
- Conducting training (QMS inductions, core QMS document awareness training, etc.)
- Providing advice and assistance to management and employees on compliance / QMS related queries
- Ensuring adequate focus is put on the planning and initiation phase of new projects
- Liaising regularly with the Operations Managers, Office Projects Manager and Office Engineering Manager to drive improvement initiatives
- Facilitating the capture and transfer of lessons on projects
- Supporting the Client feedback process, including analysis of results and identification of process improvements
- Assisting with the development of localised procedures where required, ensuring consistency and compliance to PM Group’s QMS
- Providing input for proposals
- Contributing to the development and implementation of Group improvement programs
- Providing timely feedback for monthly reports / Quality metrics / management meetings

:

- Preferably Bachelor Degree or equivalent in an engineering, architecture or related discipline
- Experience working in a similar position in an engineering service or consultancy environment would be desirable
- Excellent collaborative and people skills
- Broad experience on multi-discipline projects preferable
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English speaker with a preference for a second language an advantage (German, Flemish or, French)
- Self-starter and decision maker
