The HR Business Support supports the Head Talent Management & Acquisition and the Head HR Services & Digital HR in their day-to-day job as well as in the operational management and further development of their areas of responsibility. This entails being a service-oriented and trusted person, organising his/her work in an effective and efficient manner and striving for high quality and service delivery beyond expectations. The position incumbent enjoys administrative tasks as well as conceptual duties, ranging from managing calendars, organising meetings and events, making travel arrangements, and compiling minutes to coordinating key initiatives, designing presentations and developing concepts.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Support the Head Talent Management & Acquisition and the Head HR Services & Digital HR in their day-to-day job
- Ensure the wider administrative needs, such as managing calendars and organising meetings and team events, compiling meeting minutes, draft team correspondence and instructions, and making travel arrangements
- Design presentations and develop concepts of different complexity and for different target groups in the everyday environment
- Coordinate and monitor activities within the area of responsibility through collaborating with all stakeholders globally in collecting and tracking feedback, information and status updates
- Support the onboarding of the new team members
- Actively participate in HR projects, support the coordination of global HR projects and independently drive smaller initiatives
- Consolidate the monthly communication topics by pro-actively reaching out to team members for input and by registering the slots in the monthly HR Communication calls
- Manage the annual budget by staying in close alignment with the individual cost centre owners and by monitoring the monthly cost files
- Act as the main contact for maintenance requests related to the HR Net Portal (SharePoint) and Wiki pages globally
- Coordinate the global promotion process on Senior Management level in close collaboration with the Head Talent Management & Acquisition

**Professional and Technical**
- Apprenticeship or high school diploma and further education
- High interest in HR and strong desire to expand knowledge
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Enjoyment in organising activities and coordinating initiatives
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to work independently and to structure content
- Sound analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint, and diligent approach to work
- Sophisticated verbal and written communication in German and English
