Paralegal Fund Management
Aufgaben
Mitarbeit bei der Bearbeitung von Investitionen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg / Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Spezialistenteams von Portfoliomanagement, Legal, Compliance und Tax sowie mit externen Asset Managern und Kanzleien / Als POC für KYC-Fragen Beratung und Unterstützung von Investoren und externen Asset Managern und verantwortlich für die Aktualisierung von Verträgen und Steuerdokumenten, die Verlängerung von Fondslaufzeiten etc. / Reviewing verschiedener rechtlicher Dokumente und Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder bei unterschriftsreifen Verträgen / Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Tools und Prozessen / Ad hoc Projekte.
Qualifikation
KV, Bachelor oder Paralegal / Bankerfahrung in einer Compliance-Abteilung / Vertraut mit KYC / Interesse am Fondsbusiness / Analytische, strukturierte Persönlichkeit, detailorientiert / Interesse an einer anspruchsvollen Tätigkeit mit zahlreichen Deadlines / Interesse an Koordinationsarbeit und am Setzen von Prioritäten / Interesse an der Gewährleistung hoher Qualität / Interesse an professioneller Kommunikation und am Umgehen können mit internen und externen Stakeholdern / Gewandt im Umgang mit MS Office / Deutsch und Englisch.
