Alpha Associates is an independent private equity, private debt and infrastructure manager and advisor

based in Zurich, Switzerland. We are a very diverse international team of 50 and are looking for a paralegal

to support our Legal Team. The firm is owned and managed by its founding partners and is an asset

manager regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Our working language is

English.

We manage funds-of-funds and customized accounts for institutional and private clients worldwide. We

make primary fund commitments, direct co-investments and buy mature portfolios in secondary

transactions

You will support our Legal Team and have the following tasks
- Support the Legal Team in the process of closing fund investments and matters arising in

connection with the management of our portfolio funds
- Support the Legal Team with regulatory filings and KYC matters
- Document filing / administrative tasks
- Completion of subscription documents and assisting the legal team on other ad hoc matters
- A university degree in law / paralegal studies and 2-3 years of work experience
- Personal interest in business, commercial law, investing and in particular private equity
- Conscientious and independent work ethic, an interest to learn more about the private equity

business, great attention to detail and great initiative
- Excellent English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Able to start in June or by agreement
