- Ingénieur(e) HES/ES en Techniques du bâtiment (CVC), ou titre jugé équivalent
- 5 ans minimum d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine comprenant au minimum une expérience en bureau d’études en Suisse
- Expérience significative dans le domaine de la rénovation
- Connaissances accrues des normes, prescriptions et directives techniques suisses
- Connaissances en techniques CVC dans le milieu tertiaire (habitation, bureaux, écoles, commerce et restaurant), les notions dans les autres techniques du

bâtiment, physique du bâtiment et la protection incendie AEAI seraient un atout
- Bonnes connaissances en techniques MCR relatives aux installations CVC
- Bonne maîtrise des logiciels DAO ainsi que des

**VOTRE MISSION**:

- Assurer l’étude, la conception, le dimensionnement, et le suivi de la réalisation de projets dans le domaine des installations CVC Chauffage Ventilation Climatisation (Phase SIA 31 à 53)
- Garantir les calculs et le dimensionnement hydraulique des installations
- Établir les offres d’honoraires, le descriptif d’avant-projet ainsi que les comparatifs de variantes
- Établir des plans et des schémas de principe à toutes les étapes d’un projet
- Participer et contrôler la coordination spatiale des installations CVC
- Garantir l’établissement d’avant-métrés et de soumissions
- Superviser les chantiers et en assurer la gestion des coûts des entreprises
- Garantir la bonne gestion financière des mandats
