**Implementation consultant / Chef de projet MEO H/F**

**Goals**:meet the financial and quality objectives on the set-ups according to the contracts, ADP standards and the project time frame

**Main Tasks**:

- Follow the project according to the contract: kick-off, project plan, staffing...
- Be the client main contact during set-up for Database and client interface
- Set up the parametrization concerning the GAP, LSPRH, database and interface
- Project follow up: conf calls, meetings, follow-up documents...
- Control and check final implementation : quality, documentation
- Control the Sox compliancy
- Get go-live protocol signed by client
- Handover client to production team
- Prepare and key invoicing information.
- Support for internal and external clients
- Participation of the product development

**Interfaces**:

- External : Client, providers,
- Internal : Set-up Consultant, Account Executive; CoE expert

**Experience and qualification**:

- Leadership
- Project Management experience (3 years)
- Experienced in service industry
- Knowledge of Swiss salary rules social assurances/permissions/source taxes
- Windows/Excel/Word/Outlook

**Professional and technical qualification**:

- HR or IT certification
- Project Management certification

**Languages**: French and English: mother tongue or fluent in reading and writing

Position: Responsible for Client set-ups

Responsibility: Manage client set-ups, in contact with client, Set-up Consultant and Account executive

Report to / Back-up : Team Manager Set-up & Support
