**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du unterstützt die Kunden und überwachst deren Anfragen per Telefon und Remote
- Du leitest Anfragen an zuständige Abteilungen weiter
- Schulungen werden von dir geleitet und vorbereitet
- Mitarbeit an der Pflege von Dokumentationen

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grund
- oder Weiterbildung, oder Ausbildung als Wirtschaftsinformatiker
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit ERP-Produkten (Dynamics NAV/365)
- Ticketsysteme sind dir vertraut
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
