**Customer Success**:Microsoft aspires to help our customers achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of Microsoft Cloud solutions and support offerings. To this end, Microsoft invests in a dedicated Customer Success team that will help Microsoft customers successfully realize their business outcomes.

**Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs)**: are deep technical advisors supporting Enterprise customers to deliver unique value by transferring knowledge and best practices.

**App Innovation CSAs**:are focused on helping Enterprise customers to gain developer affinity to Azure platform and all Microsoft development technologies. Supporting every Enterprise customer to build and modernize apps with Azure, to build cloud native apps, to develop software in the Cloud with Azure DevOps and GitHub.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Success**
- Participates in proactive delivery, spots performance issues, analyses problems, develops proof-of-concepts and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Builds a long-term customer relationship and acts as a trusted advisor.
- Engages in strategic service delivery planning, in partnership with the account team to strengthen targeted customer relationships.
- Gathers customer usage of products and services and integrates this feedback into decision making and service delivery planning.
- Builds plans how to achieve customer goals by anticipating potential obstacles as well as short-term and long-term effects.

**Business Success**
- Seeks opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by cross-group collaboration.
- Leverages Managed IP/Community IP re-use where appropriate to accelerate customer outcomes.
- Contributes to IP creation and updates by identifying gaps through delivery.
- Participates in relevant communities to share expertise and learn from others.

**Individual Success**
- Consistently applies “lessons learned”, model personal accountability & teamwork.
- Drives and supports innovation important to customer business outcomes on the Microsoft Cloud.

**Qualifications**:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Azure landing zone - security
- Azure IAM best practices
- Azure Security Best Practices
- Azure Backup and Disaster Recovery
- Azure Defender
- Azure Security - Well-Architected Framework
- Security Application Development Principals
- Advanced Defense Strategies
- 3-5 years professional experience with Azure PaaS services (Application Development & Security)
- Deep understanding of IT requirements of the Manufacturing and Financial Service industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
