**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the project team to understand the business requirements and technical constraints of the project
- Analyze and assess the current architecture and integration landscape of the enterprise, and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Design and propose an integration architecture that aligns with the project's goals and objectives, and that is scalable, robust, and secure
- Develop a detailed implementation plan and roadmap for the integration solution, and coordinate the efforts of the development team
- Ensure that the integration solution is properly tested and deployed, and that it meets the project's quality and performance standards
- Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in design and implementation of integration solutions, preferably in the reinsurance industry
- Strong understanding of different integration patterns, technologies, and protocols, such as REST, SOAP, HTTP, MQTT, and others
- Experience with enterprise service bus (ESB) or integration platform as a service (iPaaS) solutions, such as Azure Integration Services, Mulesoft, or Dell Boomi
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and logically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of cloud computing, microservices, and serverless architectures is a plus, but not required
