**À propos du rôle**:
For our client, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a HR Coordinator in order to strengthen their Team due to an increase in activity. You will have the opportunity to provide effective HR support to business activities, working closely with HRBPs and off-shore HR teams.

**Descriptif des tâches**:

- Managing and following up on all leave of absence requests, including sickness processes
- Onboarding
- Welcoming new joiners and addressing any queries they may have
- Point of contact for compliance regarding any new joiners
- Leavers Management
- Day-to-Day Administrative Support
- Ensure a delivery on the projects linked to Workforce admin area processes optimization

**Nous recherchons**:

- A first similar experience is a plus
- HR Certificate or Diploma is a plus
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR procedures and policies
- Working knowledge of computerized HR information systems
- French mother tongue, Fluency in English
- Excellent organization, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and think quickly when under pressure
- Reliable, accurate and punctual, attention to detail
