**Position Summary**:

As an Event Manager Team Lead & RSA, you will be responsible for to creating and maintaining a skilled, motivated team of event managers and master data expert, developing a high performing team culture.
**A day in the life of an Event Manager Team Lead & RSA**:
- Responsible to create and maintain a skilled, motivated team of event managers and master data expert, developing a high performing team culture.
- Align the team with the business priorities, initiatives and activities in order to deliver a sustainable performance to the agreed KPI levels.
- Provide the support to the team to escalate issues in order to get fast resolution to ensure projects timelines are respected
- Engage the team in a continuous improvement culture of the Event Management process. Drive the Event Management team performance and take the necessary actions when issues are detected.
- Define and regularly review the projects timelines agreed by the Project Leaders and identify all critical milestones to be revised during the execution of every project.
- Responsible to ensure an appropriate workload of the team is maintained and escalade if any issue arises
**What will make you successful**:
- 3+ years of a proven positive record in the Demand and Supply Planning Process
- Strong Project management experience and skills
- Experience in team management is a real plus
- Openness to dialogue & understanding of various cultures
- Ability to proactively manage challenging situations and identify solutions to potential issues
- Clear passion for creativity and out of the box thinking
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
