**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Planning & Budget Ownership**
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Plan budgets, audiences, placements; ensure spending stays within budget.

**Admissions & Enrollment Funnel Management**.
- Maintain the CRM up to date; HubSpot/CRM management, build and optimise automated student-journey workflows.
- Lead-scoring and segmentation for targeted nurture sequences.
- Ensure marketing communication with leads is timely and tailored to intake (sending reminders and key information).

**Campaign & Channel Execution**
- Hands-on management of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting—and manage paid-media campaigns tracking ROI and optimizing spend.
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing, content, and communication strategies.
- Optimize current marketing channels; identify new channels and partners.

**Content & Creative Production**
- Own multimedia content strategy: videos (student stories, campus tours), infographics, webinars, whitepapers, blog posts, newsletters, social-media content.
- Maintain brand guidelines and quality control of all internal and external marketing materials (brochures, banners, flyers, giveaways).
- Define and continuously refine the Institute’s brand identity, voice, and value proposition; ensure all communications reflect this positioning.
- Enhance the reputation of AUS through compelling campaigns and content.

**Website & SEO**
- Own the website’s content strategy: oversee SEO, UX improvements, landing-page optimization, mobile-first design.
- Ensure external profiles and the website are kept up to date; liaise with web-development partners and delegate tasks.
- Archive and organize photos/videos of events and activities.

**Events, Partnerships & Community**
- Conceptualise, promote, and execute open days, info sessions, virtual events, and recruitment fairs (on-campus and off-campus).
- Reach out to and manage relationships with educational agents, school counsellors, local community and authorities, and other strategic partners in key markets (EU, UK, Asia, Middle East).
- Represent AUS at conferences, fairs, and networking events to build strategic alliances and drive the Student Ambassador initiative.

**Agency & Vendor Management**
- Negotiate contracts, and oversee external agencies and suppliers (creative, PR, media buying, print vendors).
- Manage agency relationships, marketing budgets, and vendor contracts.
- Order and control inventory of brochures, flyers, giveaways.

**Analytics, Attribution & Reporting**
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Implement multi-touch attribution models to understand true ROI.
- Create leadership-grade dashboards for real-time KPI tracking; deliver monthly dashboards and reporting.
- Develop reports and insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI.

**Compliance & Data Privacy**
- Ensure secure handling of student data in line with Swiss and EU regulations.
- Support the institution with IT-related queries and act as Google Admin.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years in B2C/B2B marketing—at least 2 years in private higher education or related sector.

**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, HubSpot) and marketing automation.
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.

**Creative & Content Expertise**
- Portfolio of multimedia work (video, webinars) and long-form content.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills across diverse formats and audiences.

**Analytical Mindset**
- Command of attribution modeling, A/B testing, data visualization.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

**Project Management & Collaboration**
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, lead cross-functional projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.

**Regulatory & Cultural Savvy**
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

**Location & Availability**
- Based in Switzerland with a valid work permit.
- Immediate start preferred.
