**Position Summary**

As a CRM Lifecycle Intern, you will support the CRM Lifecycle team and markets in their mission to automate and tailor programs for the entire Nespresso’s customer lifecycle. You will work on projects ranging from qualitative acquisition with referral program to re-onboarding of ex churners who came back to Nespresso. You will give value at every stage of the customer lifecycle

**A Day in the life of a Global CRM Lifecycle Intern**
- Gather Markets best practices and support on 360 performance analysis for the entire program portfolio.
- Work closely with data insights team and Markets on key analysis tasks.
- Support on projects ranging from onboarding program, engagement through loyalty program and subscription, and win back customers (fragile & Inactive).
- Support key programs revamp: from agency brief to toolkit creation based on key insights.
- Provide operational support in the day-to-day activities of the team.
