**Your Role**:

- Manually assemble and maintain drones, components, and supporting equipment to detailed specifications and quality standards.
- Contribute to the financial closing process, including reconciliation of accounts and making necessary adjustments.
- Independently troubleshoot technical issues that impact assembly or quality.
- Perform quality control procedures and document results.
- Occasionally work off the shop floor to support packing of shipments to clients and assisting with inventory management and control.

**Your Experience**:

- Completed training as an electronics technician, automation technician, mechanic EFZ or similar.
- Experience in assembly of automation technologies.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Independent, flexible, and motivated with an accurate and reliable way of working.
- Very good team player with a proactive mindset.
- Experience in hand soldering a plus.
