Tasks
Responsible for maintaining close control of customer data in systems to provide day-to-day services to Relationship Managers / Responsible for processing customer documents and managing and updating customer data throughout the customer lifecycle, beginning with the account opening / Responsible for periodic review for both institutional and individual clients ensuring completeness regarding CDB, AML, FATCA/QI and CRS compliance / Ensuring completeness of formal aspects of client data and documents based on regulatory requirements / Ensuring professional service and support to all frontline units of the bank / Reviewing physical and electronic static data verifying client signature on various documents / Develop smooth service products and efficient processes for the sales desks in collaboration with business analysts and IT / Contribute to the implementation of best practice for master data management, risk management and data governance in the systems.
**Requirements**:
Professional experience in private banking, trust or a family office or in compliance-consulting (e.g. BigFour) with client control data, account openings or life-cycle management / Knowledge of customer identification processes and onboarding regulations / Sound knowledge of CDB, AML, FATCA/QI and CRS compliance regulations / Analytical skills and ability to set priorities / Ability to decide and act smoothly under pressure while taking responsibility / Team player with a team-orientation and professional communication / Generalistic, holistic, flexible mindset / Reliability and discretion / IT affinity and proficient in MS-Office / German as well as English.
