**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du übernimmst die Führung eines eigenen Teams
- Du sorgst für die individuelle Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter
- Du setzt dich stark mit den einzelnen Abläufen auseinander und erarbeitest wo möglich, Verbesserungen
- Auch implementierst du neue digitale Lösungen, um den Arbeitsalltag zu optimieren
- Du erstellst Reportings für die Geschäftsleitung
- Du übernimmst die Mitverantwortung für die Kundenzufriedenheit und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung abgeschlossen, idealerweise verfügst du über eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Verkauf, Customer Care oder Marketing
- Der Customer Service und die Führung von Mitarbeitern ist kein Neuland für dich und du bringst bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung mit
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und kannst mit deinem Know-How Kunden optimal betreuen und beraten
- Du hast sehr gute MS-Office und gute SAP-Kenntnisse
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
