Bei der Position handelt es sich um eine direkte Festanstellung bei unserem Kunden. Die Betreuung und Vermittlung sowie alle unsere weiteren Serviceleistungen sind für Sie als Bewerber kostenfrei. **Ihre Aufgaben als Head of Accounting - Bern (w/m/d)** - Führung eines dynamischen Teams - Übernahme der Verantwortung für die umfassende Buchhaltung, einschliesslich Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften und IFRS-Richtlinien. - Erstellung von präzisen Monatsabschlüssen gemäss IFRS sowie umfassendes Reporting an die Unternehmensgruppe. - Aktive Überwachung und wöchentliche Planung der Liquidität - Working Capital, Capex Optimierung und Leitung entsprechender Projekte. - Verantwortlichkeit für den Jahresabschluss und effektive Koordination mit externen Prüfern zur Sicherstellung der Compliance. - Erstellung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnung. - Effiziente Organisation und Abwicklung von Finanzierungsleasings - Gewährleistung der rechtzeitigen Einreichung der jährlichen Steuererklärungen unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Vorschriften. **Ihr Profil** - Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und Weiterbildung im Bereich Rechnungswesen. - Mindestens 5 Jahre nachweisliche praktische Erfahrung in relevanten Positionen. - Erfahrung in Teamführung und -entwicklung. - Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel. - Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil. **Unser Kunde bietet** - Einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag **Haben wir Ihr Interesse geweckt?** Dann bewerben Sie sich online als Head of Accounting - Bern (w/m/d) unter Angabe der **Referenznummer** 06680-0012930514** - Ihr Lebenslauf genügt.
