You want to use your Design experience for a good cause? You want to take a relevant part in RaiseNow’s mission to empower our customers - from small membership organisations to large multinational charities (we like to call them changemakers)?
As part of the design team, you report directly to our Head of Product Reginald. You design frictionless payment and giving experiences for our customer’s supporters and enhance our self-service products. On top of that, you want to do good with your job.
**Your mission**:
As our new Product Designer (f/d/m), you
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and **implement innovative solutions** for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Execute **all visual design stages** from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Create **wireframes, user flows and process flows** to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Conduct **user, competitor and industry research**, evaluate user feedback to improve the product and have close exchange with our Customer Success and Sales team
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Keep an eye on how our products are used and **track your KPIs** (e.g. task success rate, Time-on-task, User error rate, System Usability Scale (SUS))
- Are the voice of our customers, further develop our user personas and make sure they are known and understood in the whole company
**Your profile**:
- Several **years of proven experience** as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite**, etc. incl. methods, processes, and deliverables that designers use throughout the digital product design process
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Excellent oral and written language skills in **English (C1-C2)**:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to present your designs and sell your solutions
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- You are familiar and comfortable with agile development methodologies
**Nice to have**:
- Knowledge in German or French
- A B2B, SaaS, digital payments or charity-fundraising background
- Know-how in Swiss membership organisations
