We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Graphic Designer to join our creative force and help shape the visual direction of these legendary brands.
Based in Rolle, our next Digital Graphic Designer will be versatile in both design execution and brand development. In this role, you’ll work across a variety of projects, with a focus on maintaining a cohesive visual identity for Emerica and éS. Your work will range from art direction to digital design execution, ensuring that our brands stay at the forefront of creativity in the skateboarding and action sports world.
Tasks
- Brand Visual Direction

\- Support the overall art direction of Emerica and éS, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand identity. Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain the brands' creative vision across all platforms.
- Graphic Execution

\- Design and produce various print and digital materials, including catalogs, advertisements, and shooting assets. Maintain a keen eye for detail and brand consistency in all creative deliverables.
- Digital Graphic Execution
- Product Support on MCF Points

\- Assist with product materials, color choices, and finishes for Emerica and éS at the MCF points. Provide creative input to ensure product visuals align with the brand's overall aesthetic.
**Requirements**:

- Experience with art direction and a deep understanding of brand visual identity.
- Proven experience as a digital graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for both print and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other design tools as Figma.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, responsive design, and digital optimization.
- Experience in product design and collaboration with production teams is a plus.
- Passion for action sports and a strong connection to skateboarding culture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
