Do you aspire to be part of a high performing Analytics and Transformation team within a global Chief Risk Officer (CRO) organisation at the forefront of the wealth management industry? In this diverse role you will develop predictive models, implement new technologies, manage change initiatives, and perform financial and economic analyses to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management. Working alongside Risk, Compliance, Analytics and Legal SMEs in highly skilled, fast-paced teams you will drive business value through solving complex analytical problems in a collaborative manner.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Lead and support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to success, with focus on Non-Financial Risk modelling
- Design, develop, validate, implement and monitor predictive models following industry best practices and sound theoretical foundation
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to design quantitative solutions using different analytical principles to optimise various banking processes
- Help positioning the Data Science team as being at the forefront in this field within the organisation and in the wealth management industry
- Collaborate with internal IT and external providers to conduct in-depth analyses and identify best-in-class solutions by leveraging latest technology as well as the CRO Analytics & Transformation in-house built infrastructure

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- 5+ years of relevant working experience
- Strong Banking experience with focus on Non-Financial risk - Compliance, Risk Management and Legal
- Master degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), economics or banking and finance
- As an agile worker, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where things evolve quickly
- You are enthusiastic about leveraging data and statistics to solve complex problems
- You are team-oriented and enjoy collaborating with diverse experts, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcome
- Strong database programming skills (e.g. SQL)
- You are proficient in programming (e.g. in R, Python, Java, or C++)
- You have some experience in project management or business analysis
- You are fluent in English (main business language), any further language is an advantage
