**Responsibilities**:
- Establishment of new processes and procedures in the area of sterile production.
- Ensuring and monitoring all production activities (preparation, filling, in-process controls, documentation) in compliance with the applicable cGMP guidelines.
- Preparation of operating procedures (SOP) and batch records (MES).
- Planning and execution of internal and customer audits
- Support during inspections by authorities
- Continuous improvement of manufacturing and procedural processes in compliance with validated process flows.
- Processing of deviation reports and change requests
Hardskills
- University or technical college degree in specialist field (chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical technology or engineering).
- Experience in a GMP environment (ideally in sterile production)
- Solid knowledge of SAP, MS Office and MES
- Experience in project management and implementation of new equipment / processes
- Business fluent in German and English
