Fondée en 1987 et basée à Genève (Plan-Les-Ouates), DFi Service accompagne les entreprises dans leur transformation digitale incluant la sécurité, le stockage et l’hébergement de données, les réseaux et les télécommunications, ainsi que l’infogérance et le développement technologique.

**Quel est le contexte de votre futur poste ?**:
**Mission**
Responsable de la gestion des projets stratégiques IT de nos clients en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements internes de la DFi Service.

**Principales responsabilités**

Vos missions seront : RUN:

- Garantir le respect de la norme et des standards de la production,
- Réaliser des chiffrages simples en s’appuyant uniquement sur le catalogue
- Faire vivre les principaux livrables contractuels : Plan projet, plans d’assurance qualité, plans de réversibilité, PRA et toutes comitologies,
- Organiser et animer les comités de pilotage,
- Piloter les comités opérationnels,
- Assurer une veille technologique
- Recueillir et analyser les observations et remarques des clients et être force de proposition pour améliorer la qualité de service,
- Détecter les opportunités en lien avec les équipes commerciales,
- Participer aux escalades en gestion de crise,
- Piloter les risques,
- Mesurer la satisfaction client.

**Ce poste est fait pour vous si**:
Vous possédez impérativement une expérience dans le pilotage multi-projets avec une forte capacité à gérer les situations de crise et un sens aigu de la relation/satisfaction client

Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance des systèmes d’informations, des processus d’exploitation ainsi que des normes et standards (ITIL v3, ISO20000, ISO27001, HDS) ainsi que des certifications en gestion de projets.

Vous disposez d'une bonne technicité sur les domaines suivants : Unix, Linux, Oracle et SQL Server, Stockage, Sauvegarde et Environnement Microsoft.

Vous possédez une expérience de minimum 2 ans sur un poste similaire et vous avez une maîtrise des environnements de cloud computing ainsi que de l'architecture IT complète (Réseaux, Firewalls, Switchs, DNS, etc).

Vous disposez d'un niveau minimum d'anglais technique B2.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à assumer des tâches multiples, vos qualité de présentations personnelles et professionnelles.
