**The Role**:
**What you'll do**:

- Conduct research on various Web3 projects - gathering, organising and analysing information.
- Read and analyse relevant blogs, white-papers, and technical documentation on Web3 topics.
- Research potential partners and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Prepare summaries, brief reports and blogs on projects and emerging Web3 trends.
- Generate ideas and out-of-the-box solutions for integrating Web3 projects.

**Who you are**:

- Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to dive deep into new topics.
- Ability to find relevant information and structure it effectively.
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing) for analysing information and writing reports.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in an uncertain environment.
- Prior experience in research, analytical writing, or data analysis is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand basic smart contract code (Solidity preferred) or a willingness to learn it.
- Understanding of security risks in blockchain (e.g., reentrancy attacks, rug pulls, common vulnerabilities in smart contracts).
