We're looking for a passionate and experienced UX Researcher to join our growing Product & Design team. You will be the voice of our users—talent, employers, and educators—advocating for their needs and translating complex behaviors and motivations into actionable insights that drive our product roadmap.This role is critical to ensuring that every feature we build within the Blomie ecosystem is intuitive, valuable, and delightful to use. We're looking for a passionate and experienced UX Researcher to join our growing Product & Design team. You will be the voice of our users—talent, employers, and educators—advocating for their needs and translating complex behaviors and motivations into actionable insights that drive our product roadmap.This role is critical to ensuring that every feature we build within the Blomie ecosystem is intuitive, valuable, and delightful to use.What You'll Do:Design and Execute Research: Plan, design, recruit for, and conduct a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research studies, including user interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, and competitive analysis.Synthesize Insights: Analyze research data to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities, transforming raw data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights and recommendations.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers (UX/UI), Engineers, and Marketing to integrate user-centered thinking into the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration.Develop Artifacts: Create and maintain research documentation such as user personas, journey maps, research reports, and presentation decks tailored for different stakeholders.Evangelize UX: Champion user research across the company, educating teams on research best practices and ensuring that user needs are prioritized in decision-making.Manage Tooling: Oversee and optimize our suite of research tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.What You'll BringExperience: 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher, Customer Researcher, or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS environment.Methodology Mastery: Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and when to apply them.Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and synthesize findings into clear, persuasive narratives supported by evidence.Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical research concepts to non-technical audiences.Tool Proficiency: Experience with standard UX research toolsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
