UX Designer vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Technology & IT Provider sector. Your tasks: Collaborate with engineers to communicate, negotiate, and influence design intention. Drive improvements in design based on UX testing and stakeholder input. Create innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems. Guide UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation and user research/testing. Apply and define UX design frameworks for user experiences. Your experience/knowledge: Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis & planning. Knowledge of product design and interactive technology. Experience with UX research methodology and product development lifecycle. Language skills: English - fluent Your soft skills: Strong storytelling capabilities. Systems thinking and craftsmanship. Ability to build consensus across teams.
