Advisory is the IT & Business Consulting of the ELCA group. We are a team of more than 50 consultants specialized in digital transformation, change management & agile coaching, business analysis, and IT project management.

**In this role**:
As a Junior Consultant you will join a team of experienced people at ELCA, who will coach and accompany you in consulting mandates and IT projects. In your first project at our client, you will step in a team composed of ELCA Advisory consultants and client’s business people and you will contribute in collecting and analyzing customer needs for their digital journey and their requirements for their digital products and services.

As a Junior Consultant, you will assist our clients in these tasks:

- Organize, assist, or lead workshops with customers to collect their requirements.
- Analyze customer’s needs and requirements and document them into comprehensive functional specifications.
- Contribute to the planning of the digital transformation journey of our customers: define strategic goals, suggest the adequate roadmap and activities that will support our customer into their journey.
