We are looking for a Junior Consultant for our Office Agency business line.

Role Purpose
The Junior Consultant is responsible for managing client projects within the Office Agency. This role also includes assisting in the expansion of Office agency portfolio and services, business development, marketing, research and relationship management with clients. This role operates in fast paced and highly competitive environment and interacts with local and/or international client’s teams.

What this job includes
Develop a profound understanding of office real-estate market in order to advise and provide solutions to client’s needs
Act as a point of contact (developer, landlord and/or tenant representation) in given projects within the Office Agency
Negotiate, coordinate, and manage project at each stage, few projects simultaneously
Use business winning capability and networking to help turning leads into deals
Actively cooperate in preparation of case studies, marketing materials, database updates and involvement in the strategic growth of the department
Excellent client’s management
Support other JLL business lines by sharing information and ideas
Cooperation and sharing of ideas within JLL CEE/EMEA network

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Real Estate or a relate field
Ideally at least of 1 year of experience with business process (acquisition, advisory, client management); knowledge of real estate is advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Slovak language
Proactive, reliable & well-organized professional
Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
English language - B2
Driving license “B”
