The Global Client Reporting Function has the ambition to harmonize and streamline the Client Reporting content, production and distribution (through multiple channels incl. digital) across the systems of Julius Baer globally. Our clients should have the same Client Reporting experience across all Julius Baer booking centers, thus aptly representing the Julius Baer global brand. In addition, a number of client regulatory reports have to be submitted to different bodies. This is also performed centrally for all booking centers. It is paramount to stay up to date with the applicable rules and regulations in order to perform this function correctly and efficiently. **YOUR CHALLENGE**: Lead the product evolution in all aspects for Global Client Reporting as a Product Manager: Accountable for the product across its lifecycle (CtB and RtB) - Working with stakeholders (including front representatives and end clients), translate business strategy into a product strategy with associated goals, roadmap and backlog items - Own the outcomes and impact of the product and commercial success - Execute product strategy and own the product roadmap: Prioritize requirements according to business value - Define Epics and Objectives jointly with the key stakeholders - Jointly with the POs, defines Initiatives and Key Results - Drives value delivered compared to the agreed OKRs/KPIs and takes corrective action with the other members of the leadership and other stakeholders as necessary - Stay up-to-date and provide information to stakeholders on the product and market: insights on key differentiators, product comparisons, competitor analysis and user stories - Responsible to ensure compliance with the Bank’s rules and regulations - Represents the Global Client Reporting product in front of the leadership groups - Responsible for the implementation, optimization and maintenance of a cost-efficient and growth-oriented production setup **YOUR PROFILE**: - University/FH Degree in Business Administration or other relevant higher education - Several years of hands-on experience working on a product team, preferably with direct experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent - Extensive experience in Client Reporting processes and solutions - Proven ability to manage a topic across functions and regions - Demonstrated data-driven decision making - Flexible and able to work independently with mínimal supervision - Fluency in English is a must, German language skills would be a clear advantage - Technical background, with experience in Triple A portfolio management system, will help - Strategic and far-sighted: Ability to be innovative, creative, and think "outside the box" - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
