**What You'll Do**:

- Procurement for entire production and prototyping
- Analyse the market and ensure a reliable supplier base for existing and new products
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure high quality and a reliable supply chain
- Collaborate with RnD for product developments
- Actively participate in continuous improvement for production and procurement related processes
- Advance ERP solution for higher productivity

**Requirements**:
**What You'll Bring**:

- A technical background - through education or hands-on experience in technical procurement or a related field
- A strong grasp of ERP systems and their role in scaling businesses, particularly in production planning and parts management
- Proven expertise in negotiation, vendor management, and procurement within a production or manufacturing setting
- Hands-on experience with production planning and parts management
- A passion for standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement
- A deep understanding of production and procurement workflows, enabling strategic and efficient decision-making
- Fluency in German and English - both written and spoken
