- Our client, an innovative industrial company is looking for an IoT Customer Care, available immediately, to join its technical support team based in the Lausanne region.**Vos missions**:

- You are in charge of developing machine connectivity ;
- You provide technical support for internal and external users/customers ;
- In close collaboration with the IT managers of the customers, you deploy the connectivity of the machines ;
- You test the connectivity of these machines and ensure data collection from the IoT module ;
- You support customers in the operation, installation and use of IoT services ;
- You participate in the development of various continuous improvement projects.

**Votre profil**:

- You have a CFC in computer science or a title deemed equivalent ;
- You benefit from a first experience in Helpdesk Support oriented computer network, ideally in an international company ;
- You have excellent knowledge of Windows, computer networks, Internet protocols. Cloud computing would be a real plus ;
- And you speak French and English fluently (C1). Other languages are an asset.
