Work in Portugal - Customer Care/French Market (Remote Job with Accommodation) We are looking for French-speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Lisbon. Work in Portugal – Remote in Portugal. Position: Customer Support RepresentativeLocation: Remote in PortugalMarket: French-Speaking Your Main Responsibilities Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls. Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services. Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication. Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls. Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success. Maintain accurate records using CRM tools. Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines. Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed. Salary Package With & Without Accommodation Salary: Up to 1,000 € + performance & complexity bonus gross per month (14 salaries per year). Relocation support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad). Accommodation Option Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months. Rent: 280 € per month, all utilities included (deducted from the payslip). Working Conditions 40 hours per week + 1 hour lunch break. 22 vacation days per year. Compensation day when working on a Portuguese public holiday. Why Portugal?
