**YOUR TASKS**:

- Leading the Scrum process and providing guidance on Agile principles, practices and values with the job seekers business area
- Facilitating Daily Scrum meetings, Backlog Refinements, Sprint Plannings, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
- Working closely with the Product Managers and Scrum teams to ensure that the product backlog and sprint board is well maintained, prioritized, and understood by the teams
- Working with the Scrum teams to identify and remove impediments
- Ensuring that the Scrum teams are focused on delivering customer value
- Supporting the management team in planning area OKRs on a quarterly cycle

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role in a scaled environment
- A deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in working with OKRs
- Experience in working with software development teams
- Very good communication skills verbal and written in English
- Knowledge of German or French is an advantage
