**Real Estate and Facility Management Internship - 12 months**
- The Facility Management Department at Jet Aviation is responsible for Real Estate, Project Management, Facility services and Maintenance and Repair. As part of the Facility Services Team, you will be supporting the whole Facility Management Department.Description/Tasks:

- Support Ticketing activities and manage Facility requests
- Coordinate corrective actions and services with internal customers and external suppliers
- Support major and manage small Facility projects
- Follow and support Facility processes
- Review space utilization (storages, offices, meeting rooms, archives.)
- Define what areas can be optimized and organize clean-up
- Support furniture distribution and stock levels
- Update room displays and room occupancy list
- Update Facility Masterplan (space allocation and layouts)
- Support events and general ad-hoc business needs

Qualification/Experience:

- High level of customer service
- Matriculated Student in SCM, Economics, or Management (FH/Uni), or other commercial education
- Ability to work with own initiative
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time
- Ability to achieve targets & deadlines
- Ability to communicate and highlight potential issues
- Interact with internal & external stakeholders at all levels
- Good level of English. French or German an advantage
