We are searching for a project leader who will be the single point of contact for our customer for all analytical aspects during the project development life cycle

**Job Description**:

- Cover all analytical aspects during the project development life cycle for biologics (NBEs, biosimilars, ATMPs)
- Act as point of contact for customers for all analytical aspects of their project
- Plan projects with respect to customer expectations and requirements and lead project execution considering scope, quality, time and cost
- Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix setting
- Overlook compilation and review of analytical documentation
- Perform risk analysis and contingency planning
- Support and trigger troubleshooting activities
- Support sales with the offer preparation

**Requirements**:

- University degree (analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biology, pharmacy)
- Practical and theoretical knowledge about the analytical development process of biologics: method development, qualification and validation, method transfer, stability studies, comparability and characterization studies
- Experience with HPLC, spectroscopy, structural analysis, cell based potency assays
- GMP knowledge
- Project management experience, PMI of advantage, preferentially in a matrix setting
- Business acumen, goal orientation
- Relationship building, respectful collaboration with team members, customers and stakeholders
- Very good oral and written English skills and the willingness to learn the German languages
