As an AI Product Manager at Orderfox, you’ll own the discovery, definition, and optimization of the Gieni AI Agent - our next-generation agentic product for industrial intelligence. From early-stage problem exploration to post-launch iteration, you’ll drive discovery, define workflows, and ensure our AI delivers measurable impact through dashboards, reports, and insights.
What you'll make happen
- Shape the vision - define a modular approach for the Gieni AI Agent across workflows, dashboards, reporting and other product value propositions.
- Lead discovery - facilitate interviews, prototypes, experiments, and analytics to identify opportunities and translate them into solution trees, Productboard roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
- Design and deliver - partner with UI/UX designers to create intuitive workflows, validate usability, and work hand-in-hand with Product Owners and Engineering to ensure backlog-ready features move seamlessly into delivery.
- Measure and optimize - set and track key metrics (engagement, workflow efficiency, report usage), embedding telemetry, A/B testing, and feedback loops into the product culture.
- Align and elevate - connect Business, Design, Data Science, and Engineering, ensuring alignment between value, needs, and feasibility, while shaping how Orderfox - and the industry - adopts agentic AI.

What eases your start
- 5+ years’ Product Management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven platforms, with a proven record of discovery at scale (interviews, prototyping, assumption testing).
- Strong organizational and process expertise, driving end-to-end ownership from discovery through backlog workflows.
- Skilled in collaborating with UI/UX teams to deliver user-centric products.
- Technically fluent in modern AI (LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks).
- Adept at setting, tracking, and acting on success metrics, with excellent communication skills to align executives, engineers, and customers in fast-moving contexts.

**Nice-to-have**: experience with Productboard and Figma, prompt engineering for agentic workflows, a background in industrial/manufacturing, familiarity with knowledge graphs, semantic search, reporting stacks, or experimentation frameworks (design thinking, rapid prototyping, cloud-native).
